Acceptance
By creating an account or using SPADE, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (see the Privacy tab). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SPADE is a demographic sentiment platform. Users vote on civic propositions derived from news and community input. Content is for civic insight and discussion; it is not legal, financial, or medical advice.
Eligibility & accounts
You must provide a valid Indian mobile number for OTP login and accurate demographic information to the best of your knowledge. One person should not operate multiple accounts to manipulate votes. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform, spam, or violate these Terms.
Acceptable use
Do not submit illegal, harassing, or deceptive content; attempt to game votes or referral rewards; scrape or reverse-engineer the service without permission; or interfere with other users' access. Report problematic propositions using the in-app Flag control.
Content & votes
Propositions may be AI-assisted and moderated. Your votes and suggestions remain subject to our moderation and retention policies. We may hide or archive content that violates community standards.
Limitation of liability
SPADE is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
